“ Very, very good place to enjoy any type of meal. It’s rare to come across a place that has a menu filled with amazing dishes, that open your appetite just with a sight. Me and my partner went there 2 times, because we knew we stumbled upon a little gem in the heart of Fasano. At lunch we had: the bruschetta, the carpaccio, the laganaro and the beef tenderloin, which literally was too much to bear, but too good to leave in the plate. The second time, at dinner we had the scallops, the beef tartare, the gnocchi and the spaghettonni with truffle and pepper. With no heasitation, I dare to say: another wondeful meal with just the perfect amount of taste and flavour. No need to describe the dishes, the pictures speak for themselves. All in all, a wonderful culinary experience in Fasano, including staff, food and overall atmosphere! ”

“ I have visited Ardecuore 3 times on 2 visits to the area. The food has been excellent with some inspired cooking that has been refined over the years. Also an interesting wine list featuring local wines. Unusually we have always managed to find parking in the street near the restaurant. Our last visit yesterday featured a delicious scallop starter followed by black cod in a grapefruit sauce and pork cheeks in a liquorice sauce and a superlative chocolate desert. A memorable rose wine (see photo) that was relatively expensive by local standards but delicious. The staff are very friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend this restaurant q ”
“ Authentic italian Trattoria, the atmosphere is like in old Italian films, romantic and unique. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food ? The food is phenomenal. The way how it is served, the taste is so delicious. We have selected an assortment of antipasti and a grilled local fish as the secondo piato. Interesting combination of tastes, delicately prepared and cooked. Me and my betterhalf we love to return to this amazing pace. ”

I had the stuffed gnocchi and my husband had the spaghetti with shredded beef. We cleaned the plate. Even the basic mixed salad was good. The waiters spoke English and were very engaging. Will definitely recommend and be back for another great meal. ”
